Cancellation Policy

At Neriah The Candle Store, we begin processing orders as soon as possible so that your products can reach you quickly. Please review the following cancellation guidelines before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. Cancellation After Shipping

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through our standard cancellation process. In such cases, please refer to our Refund Policy for information regarding eligible returns, replacements, or refunds.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before the order is processed or shipped, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Incorrect Order Information

If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, phone number, product, fragrance, or quantity, please contact us immediately. We will try to make the necessary changes if the order has not yet been processed.

Once the order has been shipped, changes may not be possible.

5. Cancellation by Neriah

Neriah reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances such as:

  • Product being unavailable

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, contact us with your order number and registered contact details as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation requests are subject to the status of your order at the time the request is received.
